Earnings ReportHibiya Engineering,Ltd. <1982> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (12:30) on May 13th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 26.2% from the previous period to 8.13 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 3.2% to 8.4 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 88 yen to 94 yen (compared to 86 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 100 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 6.2% from the same period last year, reaching 4.03 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 12.7% in the same period last year to 11.9%.
