Earnings ReportKITANO CONSTRUCTION CORP. <1866> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 19.8% from the previous period to 4.07 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 1.7% from the previous period to 4 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 100 yen to 110 yen (compared to 110 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 110 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.16 billion yen, an 8.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.9% in the same period last year to 4.7%.
