TODA, Last Fiscal Year Ordinary Profit Revised Upward to an Unexpected 14% Increase

Guidance Update ReportTODA CORPORATION <1860> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 30th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 33.5%, from the previous forecast of 21.8 billion yen to 29.1 billion yen (compared to 25.4 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 14.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 52.3%, from the previous forecast of 13.9 billion yen to 21.2 billion yen (compared to 17.2 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 23.3% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
