ICHIKEN, Ordinary Profit Forecast for First Half Revised Upward to an Unexpected 23% Increase, Raises Record High Profit, Full Year also Increased, Dividend Revised Upward by 45 Yen

Guidance Update ReportICHIKEN Co., Ltd. <1847> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 31st (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 48.0%, from the previous forecast of 2.50 billion yen to 3.70 billion yen (compared to 3.00 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), record profits reach two consecutive terms, turning to a 23.1% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 26.9%, from the previous forecast of 5.20 billion yen to 6.60 billion yen (compared to 6.76 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 23.2% to 2.5%.
At the same time, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 55 yen to 65 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised significantly upwards from the original plan of 85 yen to 120 yen. The annual dividend will be 185 yen (compared to 140 yen in the previous period).
