SHIMIZU CORPORATION <1803> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on July 29th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) surged 3.0 times that of the same period last year, reaching 18.4 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 73.0 billion yen was 25.3%, also surpassing the five-year average of 11.5%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin significantly improved from 0.4% in the same period last year to 3.9%.
