Taiyo Kisokogyo Co.,Ltd. <1758> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending January 2025 decreased 22.3% from the previous period to 244 million yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to expand to 2.6 times to 635 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 55 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of 174 million yen (compared to a loss of 176 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -7.1% in the same period last year to 4.2%.
