Earnings ReportCOMSYS Holdings Corporation <1721> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 15.5% from the previous period to 46.6 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 1.4% from the previous period to 46 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 110 yen to 115 yen (compared to 105 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 120 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 8.1% from the same period last year, reaching 16.1 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 8.0% in the same period last year to 8.5%.
