As Partners CO.,LTD. <160A> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) surged by 2.2 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.32 billion yen. The progress rate against the full-year plan of 1.22 billion yen is 108.1%, already exceeding the target and also exceeding the same period of the previous year of 68.6%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit/loss for the October to March period (second half) is expected to turn into a loss of 99 million yen (compared to a profit of 272 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of profit of 1.36 billion yen (compared to a loss of 29 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -1.0% in the same period last year to 20.0%.
