The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) decreased by 14.8% from the same period last year to 259 million yen. The progress rate against the 394 million yen full-year plan was 65.7%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 79.0%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to expand by 66.7% from the same period last year, reaching 135 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the ordinary profit significantly dropped to 59 million yen, a 52.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 9.6% in the same period last year to 4.1%.
