Sumiseki Holdings, Inc. <1514> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 20.0%, from the previous forecast of 2.00 billion yen to 1.60 billion yen (compared to 4.71 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 57.5% to 66.0%.

However, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 44.4%, from the previous forecast of 0.90 billion yen to 1.30 billion yen (compared to 2.32 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 61.2% to 44.0%.
