On the 11th, Nikkei Stock Average <^N225> closed 295.77 yen (-0.47%) lower from the previous weekend to 62,417.88 yen. The number of stocks on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Prime gained was 867, lost was 648, and unchanged was 53.
SoftBank Group Corp <9984> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 312.16 yen to The Nikkei. Below, ADVANTEST <6857> was at 266.7 yen, Tokyo Electron <8035> was at 37.21 yen, Nintendo <7974> was at 21.69 yen, Recruit Holdings <6098> was at 12.27 yen.
The top positive contributor was KONAMI <9766>, pushing up The Nikkei by 65.70 yen. This was followed by Fujikura <5803> at 50.28 yen, SONY <6758> at 43.24 yen, Kioxia <285A> at 34.02 yen, Ajinomoto <2802> at 31.44 yen.
By industry, 19 of the 33 industries gained. Food Products Sector ranked first, followed by Other Financial Business Sector, Banks Sector, and Mining Sector. Other Products Sector, Information & Communication Sector, and Iron & Steel Sector were among the top losers.
