Logos HD returns to operating profit in third quarter, announces shareholder benefits
Logos Holdings <205A> reported a swing to a third-quarter operating profit on Tuesday, with sales jumping 53.5% year-on-year to 31.497 billion yen. For the nine-month period through February, the Hokkaido-based custom homebuilder posted an operating profit of 181 million yen, compared with a 511 million yen loss a year earlier. Its net loss narrowed significantly to 11 million yen from a 461 million yen loss in the same period last year.
The company saw strong orders and deliveries through the third quarter, with results slightly ahead of internal targets. Performance was also bolstered by the inclusion of 11 months of earnings from its subsidiary, Sakai Kensetsu, following a change in the subsidiary's fiscal year-end.
Logos Holdings reaffirmed its full-year forecast for the fiscal year ending May 2026, targeting sales of 46.815 billion yen (up 29.1% year-on-year) and an operating profit of 1.5 billion yen, more than triple the previous year's level. Net profit is projected to reach 826 million yen, a fourfold increase from a year earlier.
Concurrently, the company announced a new shareholder benefit program effective as of the end of May 2026. Shareholders holding 200 or more shares will receive e-gift vouchers, with a total benefit pool of 10 million yen to be distributed proportionally among eligible shareholders.
