FIXER <5129> extended its rally for a second straight session. Microsoft announced on April 3 that it will invest $10 billion (approximately \1.6 trillion) in Japan between 2026 and 2029. The tech giant also disclosed discussions with SAKURA internet <3778> and other partners regarding the joint development of AI infrastructure solutions in Japan, a move that triggered a continued surge in SAKURA internet’s stock price. FIXER previously formed a basic agreement in 2024 to provide "GaiXer on SAKURA Cloud," a domestically-integrated service that hosts its generative AI platform "GaiXer" on SAKURA internet’s cloud infrastructure. Speculation that Microsoft's massive domestic investment will bolster FIXER's business through its partnership with SAKURA internet has fueled continued capital inflows since the start of the week.

JINS HOLDINGS <3046> gained for a fifth consecutive session. Following the market close on the 6th, the company released its preliminary monthly sales results for March. Domestic same-store sales at its eyewear boutiques rose 7.6% year-on-year, marking 38 consecutive months of growth and attracting robust buying interest. Sales were driven by strong performance in seasonal products, while ongoing promotional campaigns and enhanced in-store customer service helped increase the average spend per customer. Total sales across all stores grew 11.0% year-on-year.

Intermestic <262A> jumped for a second straight day. After the market close on the 6th, the company announced its preliminary domestic monthly sales for March. Same-store sales for the Zoff business surged 12.7% year-on-year, maintaining strong growth momentum. The "25th Anniversary Fair" launched last month and the high-performing collaboration with the popular character "Chiikawa" significantly contributed to the positive results. Total sales for the Zoff business across all stores increased 16.8% year-on-year.
