Shares of and ST HD <2685> rebounded, driven by positive sentiment over its solid earnings outlook. After the market close on the 6th, the company announced its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2027, projecting net sales of \314.0 billion (up 3.2% year-on-year) and an operating profit of \17.2 billion (up 4.1% year-on-year). The annual dividend forecast was set at \90 per share (unchanged from the previous year).

This top-line growth was primarily driven by brand and category expansion through M&A, the opening of its proprietary e-commerce platform to third-party products, and overseas store expansions. At the bottom line, however, the company swung to a net loss due to the recording of extraordinary losses.
