Sumasapo extends gains on acquisition of municipal solution business from T&C Technologies
Sumasapo Inc. <9342> extended its gains. The company announced on the day that it has signed a business transfer agreement to acquire the municipal solution business from T&C Technologies (Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture), which was viewed as positive news. The aim is to further enhance service added value and expand business by combining the smartphone app "totono," which connects property management companies and tenants that Sumasapo has developed in the property management domain, with the municipal solution technologies that T&C has cultivated for local governments.
