Ridge-i Gains on Agreement to Sell Star Music Entertainment to SBI

After the close of trading on the 30th, the company announced it has reached a basic agreement to transfer all shares of its consolidated subsidiary Star Music Entertainment to SBI Holdings, Inc. <8473>.
