Ai Robo continues to rise on planned subsidiary acquisition of BJC, operator of eyelash serum and other beauty products
Ai Robotics <247A> continued to rise. After the close of trading on the 27th last week, the company announced it would acquire all shares of BJC (Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City), which operates eyelash serum and foundation products, on April 1st to make it a subsidiary, which is being viewed as positive news.
Ai Robo operates a "D2C Brand Business" that leverages its proprietary AI technology to plan, develop, and sell its skincare brand "Yunth," beauty device brand "Brighte," and haircare brand "Straine." Through the subsidiary acquisition of BJC, the company aims to strengthen sales capabilities of existing products through expansion of sales channels and markets, establish a solid brand presence, further utilize customer data accumulated through marketing, and accumulate additional data. The acquisition price is \25.778 billion. The company states that the impact on its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is currently under review.
