Through the subsidiary acquisition of BJC, the company aims to strengthen sales capabilities of existing products through expansion of sales channels and markets, establish a solid brand presence, further utilize customer data accumulated through marketing, and accumulate additional data. The acquisition price is \25.778 billion. The company states that the impact on its earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 is currently under review.
