The number of stocks on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Prime gained was 103, lost was 1472, and unchanged was 14. It was a completely discounted deal with more than 90% of stocks falling in price.

Real Estate Sector ranked as a top loser, followed by Other Financial Business Sector, Fishery, Agriculture & Forestry Sector, Textiles & Apparels Sector, Securities & Commodities Futures Sector, and Construction Sector.
