Fujikura <5803> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 40.78 yen to The Nikkei. Below, TOYOTA TSUSHO <8015> was at 16.35 yen, IBIDEN <4062> was at 14.64 yen, CHUGAI PHARMA <4519> was at 14.14 yen, DENSO <6902> was at 9.43 yen.
By industry, 18 of the 33 industries gained. Information & Communication Sector ranked first, followed by Precision Instruments Sector, Other Financial Business Sector, and Real Estate Sector. Nonferrous Metals Sector, Mining Sector, and Oil & Coal Products Sector were among the top losers.
