On the 10th, Nikkei Stock Average <^N225> closed 1,286.60 yen (2.28%) higher from the previous day to 57,650.54 yen, rising for the third days in a row. The number of stocks on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Prime gained was 1310, lost was 245, and unchanged was 37. The percentage of rising stocks exceeded 80%.
The top positive contributor was SoftBank Group Corp <9984>, pushing up The Nikkei by 364.21 yen. This was followed by Tokyo Electron <8035> at 90.25 yen, ADVANTEST <6857> at 85.57 yen, FAST RETAILING <9983> at 52.95 yen, Fujikura <5803> at 36.94 yen.
TOYOTA TSUSHO <8015> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 11.93 yen to The Nikkei. Below, CHUGAI PHARMA <4519> was at 10.43 yen, Ajinomoto <2802> was at 6.42 yen, Hitachi <6501> was at 5.62 yen, Lasertec <6920> was at 5.21 yen.
By industry, 29 of the 33 industries gained. Nonferrous Metals Sector ranked first, followed by Other Financial Business Sector, Real Estate Sector, and Information & Communication Sector. Air Transportation Sector, Food Products Sector, and Fishery, Agriculture & Forestry Sector were among the top losers.
