FAST RETAILING <9983> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 38.79 yen to The Nikkei. Below, TERUMO <4543> was at 20.74 yen, DAIKIN INDUSTRIES <6367> was at 18.01 yen, KYOCERA <6971> was at 14.68 yen, BayCurrent Inc <6532> was at 14.04 yen.
By industry, 4 of the 33 industries gained. Nonferrous Metals Sector ranked first, followed by Electric Appliances Sector, Construction Sector, and Information & Communication Sector. Pulp & Paper Sector, Real Estate Sector, and Air Transportation Sector were among the top losers.
