FAST RETAILING <9983> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 75.84 yen to The Nikkei. Below, ADVANTEST <6857> was at 72.11 yen, TERUMO <4543> was at 48.43 yen, SONY <6758> was at 43.41 yen, CHUGAI PHARMA <4519> was at 43.11 yen.
The top positive contributor was BayCurrent Inc <6532>, pushing up The Nikkei by 14.04 yen. This was followed by AEON <8267> at 2.79 yen, Japan Steel Works <5631> at 1.80 yen, Mercari <4385> at 1.01 yen, OBAYASHI <1802> at 0.96 yen.
By industry, all 33 industries were losers. Pharmaceuticals Sector ranked as a top loser, followed by Insurance Sector, Banks Sector, Precision Instruments Sector, Transportation Equipment Sector, and Other Products Sector.
