The top positive contributor was ADVANTEST <6857>, pushing up The Nikkei by 72.08 yen. This was followed by Tokyo Electron <8035> at 45.87 yen, FAST RETAILING <9983> at 35.51 yen, Nintendo <7974> at 7.73 yen, BRIDGESTONE <5108> at 6.48 yen.
SoftBank Group Corp <9984> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 19.73 yen to The Nikkei. Below, FANUC <6954> was at 17.92 yen, DAIKIN INDUSTRIES <6367> was at 17.1 yen, NITTO DENKO <6988> was at 11.67 yen, TDK <6762> was at 9.37 yen.
By industry, 24 of the 33 industries gained. Rubber Products Sector ranked first, followed by Other Products Sector, Air Transportation Sector, and Nonferrous Metals Sector. Precision Instruments Sector, Other Financial Business Sector, and Real Estate Sector were among the top losers.
