On the 19th, Nikkei Stock Average <^N225> closed 268.13 yen (-0.69%) lower from the previous day to 38,813.58 yen, falling for the fifth days in a row. The number of stocks on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) Prime gained was 766, lost was 813, and unchanged was 60.

SoftBank Group Corp <9984> was the highest on the list with a negative contribution of 80.69 yen to The Nikkei. Below, Tokyo Electron <8035> was at 33.05 yen, TDK <6762> was at 29.1 yen, Recruit Holdings <6098> was at 19.24 yen, ADVANTEST <6857> was at 18.41 yen.

The top positive contributor was FAST RETAILING <9983>, pushing up The Nikkei by 20.42 yen. This was followed by TERUMO <4543> at 5.52 yen, Nintendo <7974> at 4.77 yen, CANON <7751> at 3.45 yen, Tokio Marine <8766> at 3.35 yen.

By industry, 9 of the 33 industries gained. Marine Transportation Sector ranked first, followed by Banks Sector, Insurance Sector, and Other Products Sector. Electric Power & Gas Sector, Real Estate Sector, and Nonferrous Metals Sector were among the top losers.
