Guidance Update ReportGMO Commerce,Inc. <410A> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on June 15th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 has been revised upward 1.6%, from the previous non-consolidated estimate of 641 million yen to 651 million yen.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 48.24 yen to 50.56 yen (compared to 40.3 yen in the previous period).
Note: Since the current fiscal year, the company has transitioned to consolidated financial statements.
