Marumae, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 30%, Exceeded Record Profit Forecast, Dividend Revised Upward by 7 Yen

Marumae Co.,Ltd. <6264> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on June 11th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2026 has been revised upward 30.0%, from the previous forecast of 3.00 billion yen to 3.90 billion yen (compared to 1.93 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 55.0% to 2.0 times. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in four years.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the March to August period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 58.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.53 billion yen to 2.43 billion yen (compared to 0.99 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 54.6% to 2.5 times.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 57 yen to 64 yen (compared to 40 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous period).
