Visional, Inc. <4194> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on June 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2026 (August 2025 to April 2026) increased 17.2% from the same period last year, reaching 21.4 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 23.5 billion yen was 91.1%, almost the same as the five-year average of 90.8%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the May to July period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 52.6% from the same period last year to 2.09 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 7.34 billion yen, a 1.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 33.1% in the same period last year to 25.8%.
