GREEN CROSS HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <272A> [FSE] announced its financial results after the market closed on June 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended April 2026 increased by 1.6% from the previous period to 2.02 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending April 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.7% to 2.11 billion yen, marking the eighteenth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the eighteenth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 37 yen to 39 yen (compared to 37 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 0.68 billion yen, an increase of 1.3% compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 9.4% in the same period last year to 9.0%.
