CHARM CARE CORPORATION <6062> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on May 25th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2026 has been revised upward 15.5%, from the previous forecast of 4.61 billion yen to 5.33 billion yen (compared to 4.02 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 14.7% to 32.5%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the January to June period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 33.1%, from the previous forecast of 2.15 billion yen to 2.87 billion yen (compared to 2.14 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 0.6% to 33.9%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 37 yen to 43 yen (compared to 34 yen in the previous period).
