Dividend Guidance Update ReportBroadleaf Co.,Ltd. <3673> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its dividend after the market closed on May 20th (15:30). Due to a planned 2-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for June 30, the the annual dividend has been revised from the original plan of 15 yen to 11.5 yen (equivalent to 15.5 yen before the forward stock split) This effectively represents a 3.3% increase in the annual dividend.
