Earnings ReportSATO FOODS INDUSTRIES CO.,LTD. <2814> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 11.6% from the previous period to 907 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the ordinary profit is expected to drop by 39.9% from the previous period to 545 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 44 yen to 50 yen (compared to 42 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 50 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit grew 25.3% from the same period last year, reaching 203 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 10.4% in the same period last year to 11.8%.
