Earnings ReportMINOYA CO.,LTD. <386A> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (July 2025 to March 2026) was 552 million yen, a 2.6% increase compared to the same period last year. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 849 million yen was 65.0%, also falling below the same period of the previous year of 70.4%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to expand 31.4% from the same period last year, reaching 297 million yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the ordinary profit increased 39.7% from the same period last year, reaching 345 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.6% in the same period last year to 4.8%.
