PLAZA HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <7502> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 16.2% from the previous period to 325 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 29.2% from the previous period to 230 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 25 yen, a decrease of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 213 million yen, a 30.8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.3% in the same period last year to 4.5%.
