Earnings ReportH-ONE CO.,LTD. <5989> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 14th (16:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 2.3% from the previous period to 10.9 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 10.0 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.2% to 11.0 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 70 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 67.7% from the same period last year, reaching 5.75 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 2.0% in the same period last year to 11.2%.
