Earnings ReportPRONEXUS INC. <7893> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 4.7 times that of the previous period to 2.10 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 5.1% from the previous period to 2.00 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 38 yen to 42 yen (compared to 52 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 44 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net loss improved to a deficit of 0.15 billion yen (compared to a loss of 2.75 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -47.6% in the same period last year to -5.9%.
