The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 29.6% from the previous period to 55.4 billion yen. With the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income/loss is expected to turn into a loss of 16.0 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 8 yen, an increase of 4.2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a loss of 11.6 billion yen (compared to a profit of 42.2 billion yen in the same period last year).
