Earnings ReportTHE SHIGA BANK,LTD. <8366> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 53.2% from the previous period to 29.0 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 45.0% to 42.1 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 130 yen to 140 yen (compared to 90 yen in the prior term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 50 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on March 31, this dividend represents an actual increase of 78.6%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 60.5% from the same period last year, reaching 5.66 billion yen.
