Hakudo Co.,Ltd. <7637> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 0.7% from the previous period to 3.19 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 47.3% to 4.70 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in five years. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 80 yen to 86 yen (compared to 89 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 128 yen, an increase of 42 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 18.0% from the same period last year, reaching 1.03 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.8% in the same period last year to 5.0%.
