SHOWA PAXXS CORPORATION <3954> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 14.8% from the previous period to 1.86 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 1.54 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. Furthermore, the company did not disclose the performance outlook for the fiscal year ending March 2027.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 56.4% from the same period last year, reaching 0.45 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 4.5% in the same period last year to 7.4%.
