Earnings ReportTOKYO THEATRES COMPANY,INCORPORATED <9633> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 49.4% from the previous period to 405 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 13.6% from the previous period to 350 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 10 yen to 20 yen (compared to 10 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 187 million yen, a 7.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.1% in the same period last year to 3.8%.
