Earnings ReportBML, INC. <4694> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 10.5% from the previous period to 11.0 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.1% from the previous period to 11.0 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 120 yen to 125 yen (compared to 120 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 125 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.38 billion yen, a 9.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 3.5% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
