Earnings ReportTORAY INDUSTRIES,INC. <3402> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) at noon (12:30) on May 13th. The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 2.1% from the previous period to 79.5 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 13.2% to 90.0 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 26 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income surged 14 times that of the same period last year, reaching 39.3 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 3.7% in the same period last year to 3.9%.
