Earnings ReportMebuki Financial Group,Inc. <7167> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (12:00) on May 13th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 39.7% from the previous period to 115 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 20.2% to 139 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 12 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 26.4 billion yen.
