Landix Inc. <2981> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 31.6% from the previous period to 2.77 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.4% to 2.90 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the tenth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 56 yen, an increase of 9 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.28 billion yen, a 66.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 12.7% in the same period last year to 6.2%.
