Earnings ReportShionogi & Co.,Ltd. <4507> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 20.4% from the previous period to 205 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 2.4% to 210 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 76 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 28.1% from the same period last year, reaching 46.9 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin sharply declined from 26.2% in the same period last year to 12.9%.
