Earnings ReportMAKIYA CO., LTD. <9890> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 0.3% from the previous period to 2.37 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.3% to 2.38 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 38 yen, an increase of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 23.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.58 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.0% in the same period last year to 1.9%.
