TAKIZAWA HAM, Returning to Profitability This Year, Resuming Dividends at 20 Yen for the First Time in Three Terms

Earnings ReportTAKIZAWA HAM CO.,LTD. <2293> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary loss for the fiscal year ended March 2026 was loss of 361 million yen, a reduction in the deficit compared to loss of 405 million yen in the previous term. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit/loss is expected to turn into a profit of 60 million yen.
At the same time, the company plans to pay a final dividend of 20 yen, reinstating dividends for the first time in three terms.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 243 million yen (compared to a loss of 233 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin worsened from -3.7% in the same period last year to -4.0%.
