Earnings ReportTAKAYOSHI Holdings, INC. <9259> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026 (October 2025 to March 2026) increased 13.4% from the same period last year, reaching 517 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 970 million yen was 53.3%, almost the same as the five-year average of 53.3%.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to September period (second half) is expected to grow 2.3% from the same period last year, reaching 453 million yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 245 million yen, a 3.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 12.8% in the same period last year to 12.3%.
