Earnings ReportYUKIGUNI FACTORY CO.,LTD. <1375> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 11th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 96.9% from the previous period to 2.95 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 14.1% from the previous period to 2.54 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 16 yen to 23 yen (compared to 15 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 20 yen, a decrease of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a profit of 0.33 billion yen (compared to a loss of 1.18 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -13.9% in the same period last year to 0.1%.
