MIGALO HOLDINGS Inc. <5535> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 10.7% from the previous period to 2.34 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.4% to 2.45 billion yen. This will be the sixteenth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 9 yen, an increase of 0.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 71.0% from the same period last year, reaching 0.41 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 3.3% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
